How to fix noise on nanite foliage

Hello I am on 5.4 and I have a lot of noise and banding on the trees ( also the trees are the only elements that have nanite enabled ) I have used the commands r.LumenScene.FarField 1, r.RayTracing.Culling.Radius 100000, r.LumenScene.FarField.FarFieldDitherScale 10000 to try and fix it, and it is still the same

I made sure that Nanite was on for all the foliage because is just the trees and foliage that have that noise, I am a bit stuck, not sure what I can do next. I have also changed the AA from FXAA to TemporalAA and I have the same result.

I have also changed the settings in the nanite meshes to threshold 0.

What else can I do to fix this?

I have used the console screen percentage 200 and increased the anti-aliasing from 1X16 to 2X16 and it has increased the quality a lot.
I still can see some noise/poping but nothing as before.

If anyone knows how to fix the poping please let me know.
