how to fix 'light-dot' issue in my render?

Hi everyone.

As you can see in the image below:

There are multiple hole-like light surrounding the whole walls in both the bright and shadowy areas (I hope you guys understand where I am coming from).

I did try to resolve this by increasing the radius of the point light (above the candle stand) approximately around 500-900, but it doesn’t provide me the results that I wanted. I even tried experimenting with the settings of the light source (Point Light) in an attempt to fix this issue, but it wasn’t successful.

I am trying to render this image with clean shadow without that multiple hole-like lights present in the shadowy and bright areas of the render. As you know, I do have the effective rendering settings in Movie Render Queue to render this image. I could have increase the temporal/spatial amount of Anti-Aliasing to more than 500 but that would take too long, even it would last a day as well.

Do you guys have a solution for this?
