How to fix emissive material tracers

I am new to unreal engine (5.4) and while running through tutorials and trying different things I ran into this weird rendering issue that I don’t understand how to begin to address. Seems like a bug and/or a good learning opportunity.

I am getting really annoying tracers when moving my camera around emissive materials on small objects. I added the StarterContent material named “EmissiveMeshMaterial” to a default sphere. You can see the affect in the video below. Even very slow movement causes this awful looking affect. What causes this and how would I go about fixing this?

Here is an example where I added a larger object with the same material. You can see the affect is minimized to nearly being non-existent here:
