How to fix Editor UI Rendering Issue - Overlapping Windows and Panels?

Summary

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Unreal Engine 5 editor interface. When I hover my cursor over certain windows or panels (e.g., the content browser or viewport), parts of the UI glitch, overlap, or fail to render correctly. The windows seem to shift unexpectedly, and the layout becomes unusable. This issue persists even after restarting the editor.

I am currently having the same issue. I have updated all PC drivers, opened and closed the engine, verified files, reinstalled UE5.5.1. Created a new project to see if it was project associated, it still occurred. It does not occur immediately for me but after about 3-5 seconds the window for settings I have open flickers a whole bunch than proceeds to mirror the main editor window as you have shown above. I have been unable to solve this issue besides installing UE5.4.

I have downloaded 5.4.4 version and this does not helped now the UI is mirroring the editor but sometimes it shows the options but the whole screen becomes black.

I found the solution you just have to do clean GPU drivers installation and everything should work good.
