I am working on an Arch Viz project were we want to use Unreal to do a VR walkthrough to verify the interior design. We modeled the project in Revit as we are an architect firm. Revit doesn’t export very well with datasmith. A lot of small details get lost. So I am trying to use 3DS Max instead. I have easily link Revit to Max but when I export Max using datasmith it doesn’t import any materials. There are countless materials in the project in Revit that get imported to Max with the link and are fully visible in Max. But when I export all I get is a gray blob in Unreal.
Any help would be great.
