How to exclude some Particle Systems from the engine quality scaling?

Hey guys,

so, some of the particle effects we use in our game don’t really work on their own when scaled down to low settings due to missing particles. Especially in the particle effects where only a few particles are spawned to convey the visual message the scaling often totally prevents this conveyance of information.

Does anybody know how to turn off the scalability for certain effects or set custom scalability versions of an effect similar to LODs for the quality settings?
