How to enable TSan (thread sanitizer) on Linux in unreal engine project?

I tried this:

<Configuration xmlns="https://www.unrealengine.com/BuildConfiguration">
    <BuildConfiguration>
        <bEnableThreadSanitizer>true</bEnableThreadSanitizer>
        <bEnableAddressSanitizer>true</bEnableAddressSanitizer>
    </BuildConfiguration>
</Configuration>

Engine file at the path - UnrealEngine/Engine/Saved/UnrealBuildTool/BuildConfiguration.xml
It compiled, but nothing is displayed or created anywhere with project. What am I doing wrong? Very little information in the docs…
