How to do pressture-test for Oculus Quest 2?(eg.MAX triangle count at an 30 FPS)

How to analysis and profile the MAX performance of Oculus Quest 2?(eg.MAX triangle count at an acceptable FPS). or it’s called pressture-test?
Or is there any turn on/off in code or any tools to do an analysis in order to give the artists a reference or a limit when they make the scene, model, animation, etc.
Just want to know the MAX ability of Oculus Quest 2 on its performance, and these statistics could give the artist and developers some advice/reference/help.
