How to do good quality interior lighting with Lumen (for games)

Hey, i am currently working on a game project running on UE 5.1 with Lumen.
Now i am trying to set up a good quality lighting for an office building interior. The problem is that i have little experience with interior lighting so far and i have almost no natural light available in that space. The whole office should be illuminated by ceiling light panels at day & night. At first i tried to work without “real” lightsources, but the result was very poor.

How could i create a good quality lighting for an interior space like that with still good game performance. Obviously i can’t create about 80 lightsoures for this area and have probably 80-100 more in the foors below and above.

But how would you do it? Is lightbaking an option? Because i thought Lumen tries to replace old light baking workflows with all realtime lighting.

If i use spot or area lightsources i can’t use shadows, because the performance is really bad then. The problem this creates is that light will bleed outside the building and through the interior walls in other rooms without shadows enabled.
