How to decouple mesh rotation and head rotation?

I just can’t figure out how to stop the character mesh from rotating when the HMD rotates.

I want to have the character mesh to face the direction of the pawn itself, and the camera to only rotate when HMD is rotated. But no matter what I try the mesh rotates when I rotate the HMD.
