Hey there, thanks for your question! We are working on supporting self-service discounting (check out our roadmap here to see that and more). In the meantime, you can request a discount be set up for your product by creating a private discussion.
Be sure to include the following information in your request:
- Your organization ID & name
- Available on the Settings tab of the Organization page
- Your product ID & name
- Available on the SDK Download & Credentials tab of the Product Settings page
- Offer ID(s) you’d like the discount applied to.
- Available in the Offer Details screen.
- Start date & end date for the discount
