Quick question - how to create discounted offer for our game on Epic Store?
Let’s say that we want to run 50% discount for 2 week during specific time frame.
is it possible to do that? If yes - how?

Hey there, thanks for your question! We are working on supporting self-service discounting (check out our roadmap here to see that and more). In the meantime, you can request a discount be set up for your product by creating a private discussion.

Be sure to include the following information in your request:

  1. Your organization ID & name
    • Available on the Settings tab of the Organization page
  2. Your product ID & name
    • Available on the SDK Download & Credentials tab of the Product Settings page
  3. Offer ID(s) you’d like the discount applied to.
    • Available in the Offer Details screen.
  4. Start date & end date for the discount
