How to create Custom Velocity Modlue using Mesh Vertex Normal Tangents?

Would anyone happen to know how to calculate a directional force pointing one vertex normal to another vertex? I’ve created this type of point velocity in Houdini but I’m not sure how I could create that using Niagara’s node system. I’d appreciate any advice on how to tackle this problem.

use sampled bit tangent in velocity or multiply it with velocity. same you can use mesh normals
