How to capture video of what something looks like in VR HMD?

Curious if anyone has come up with a capture solution to help share visual artifacts found. We are trying to come up with multiple solutions to rectify the anti-aliasing we are seeing through the headset. We are using supersampling, TAA, FXAA, forward-rendering, etc. Each generates various issues but having a hard time showing those issues without actually having to use the VR headset. Any suggestions?
