How to call a Blueprint event from the sequencer that changes the skysphere overtime?

I need to change the Skysphere Over time to get more clouds appear and gets it overall darker , all what i have seen so far on the internet are cycles , or triggering physics from sequencer etc. .

make a copy of the skyspherebp, add in an event which changes the variable what you want (or starts a timeline), add your new skyspherebp to the level and sequencer, add an event track on that actor and call the event which does the changes you ’ d like to do
