How to build Matrix City Sample? Want to add custom C++ code

I’ve tried building CitySample with UE5.2 and UE5.0 (all from Epic). I did this: 1. Tools-Convert to Visual Studio 2. Building. VS Build doesnt work, I am not sure it even supposed to work, so I’ve tried to build with Live Code by pressing ctrl + alt + F11.
