how to bake light according to sequencer ? please help

is it possible to build light according to the sequencer? as seen in the video I animate the lights on the sequencer I want the light to build accordingly is that possible?

the light build not aware of the animation it builds the single frame only

Light baking is an offline process. Once the process is complete the lightmaps are loaded onto the actors in the scene.

But you can’t swap lightmaps at runtime.

If you want to change lighting at runtime, you just need to use movable lights.
