how to apply a paper flipbook on a 3D animated mesh?

Hello everyone,
I need to apply a 2D animation - using a paper flipbook - on a 3D animated mesh.
The mesh is a simply robot that looklike an old pc monitor. The Robot flying through the 3D world, while on his screen there is an animation.

is there a simple way to do that?

Someone could help me, please?

This is the Robot mesh, and on the blue surface there will be the 2D animation.

his “screen” will probably be need to be on a separate material, and use a flipbook material function.
