How to Add Lighting Channels

Hello, I need to add lighting channels.
Could it be possible?
Then How to? I think it needs to be fixed in the build phase, before runtime. I also know that it is related to files such as EngineTypes.h, PrimitiveUniformShaderParameters.cpp, PrimitiveUniformShaderParameters.h, and ShadowSetup.cpp.
I would like to know the specific method.
