How to adapt older 2D UI for VR?

Good Evening everyone,

I have got normal 3d widgets working, showing, hiding menus etc; but i’m trying to adapt JCInventory system to VR. There’s a few titles which have done it correctly, however, i’m stuck where I’ve replaced ‘add to viewport’ and other older render functions with ‘set widget’, however, it doesn’t have a component widget reference only the JC widget reference which the set widget node won’t accept.

Is there anyway to retrieve the world widget reference from an interface?
