you would need to use Divi’s answer to that more photorealistic looking clouds but you could get something similar using sub uv meshes (Particles with Bill Kladis | Feature Highlight | Unreal Engine - YouTube around 50 minutes into this video they explain it) but you could use pivotpainter to bake out the vertex changes over the course of the animation of a mesh. really mind blowing stuff but if you need your clouds to look like your example Divi is correct.
