How make a class-based FPS game (like TF2)?

im trying to make a class-based shooter like team fortress 2 using C++ and i was wondering on how to do that in UE4. any help is appreciated!

,firstly you need to make concepts, think of ideas for classes do you want 3 (supports, dps and tank) like overwatch or would you want one per character like tf2 or borderlands also what setting it is make up maps and a test map for practices like classes and physics finally add extra elements if you want like moba games such as abilities and customisation etc. for programming … i’m sorry I’m only 13 and I can’t make a actual account yet so sorry I hope I helped
