How do you reuse skin from one character to another inside UE4?

So i have very little knowledge regarding elements that go on a skeletal mesh of a character to give their appearance but recently i downloaded a Mixamo character with skin and tried to use that skin on the dummy UE4 mannequin.

There was only one element in Mixamo character that when applied gave the model its look. But when i apply the same element at the same socket in UE4 mannequin it looks wrong (like face skin is on the legs, etc).

So if i would like to download skins and use it on UE4 mannequin is it something i can do directly in UE4 or would i need to use external programs like Blender to change something?
