How do you make your panning normal maps work with a river spline?

I am trying to make a spline blueprint for river water and apply the flowing water material does not give good results. The water flows from segment to segment but the material does not wrap correctly from segment to segment so it looks bad. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am trying to take care of this in the material but I suppose It will have to communicate with the spline blueprint? Thanks in advance!

I am still trying to find the correct nodes in the material editor to do this if anyone has any clue!
