How do you do minion behavior like in Pikmin or Overlord

Hello. I played Overlord as a kid. And I’ve liked the type of gameplay. I dunno how do you script minion behavior in Blueprints. Like they are in Pikmin or Overlord. Y’know throwing them at enemy then they attack it, throwing them at consumable thing they carry it, you throw them at the gear to turn and they turn it and so on. I am stummpet how do you Blueprint that behavior at your unlucky minion of choice. Thank you for reading this.
