How Do I turn off the effect emission light has on the world around it yet still keep emmision light

So I am setting up a water stage right, and I want to add this emmision light from the ground to make this cool effect however when i build light the emission light effects the water material. Is there a way that i can prevent the emmision light from affecting the world around it so that i can keep the water texture i like when building light? These are the two effects that happen on the water, one with the emission and one without.

You might want an “unlit” material instead of a “lit/emissive” color for the bits that should look like they glow, if you don’t want them to affect other things.
