How do I stop lighting blotches from popping up when I turn the camera. Its almost like the lighting cant keep up with simple or advanced camera movements without taking 5 seconds to rebuild itself

Hey there @oDinkleberg! Welcome to the community! This is an artifact of Lumen’s sampling when moving the new area into screenspace. This thread mentions some mitigations.

Hardware raytracing was already on, scalability was already set to epic and all post process options for lumen are maxed. I appreciate your reply but none of what you suggested is correct for my situation.
