How do I specify the path to the engine in Epic Launcher?

I reinstalled windows so I had to reinstall Epic games Launcher. Unreal Engine remained on the external hard disk, and the Launcher says Download instead of Run. Question, is it possible to specify the engine in the launcher? I can’t download assets on the marketplace because of this.

you can edit the vault cache location for all the assets you had downloaded

Thanks, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that I can not install assets, as the launcher says that I first need to download the engine, but I have it downloaded. How do I let the Launcher know that the engine is installed, and specify the path to it?
