How do I set the framerate of individual cameras?

I have made a system where the player can switch control between various pawns. I want the cameras of some of these pawns to have a lower frame-rate than others, creating a sort of low-quality effect, but without affecting the overall frame-rate of the game. Is there any way to do this using a post process material or something?

I’m using UE5 but I had to tag an older version to post this.
