How do I set a range on my bot to detect a player?

yes services are senses and tasks are acts. so see can be a service and chase can be a task.

you must first run services to detect the player then run tasks to act.

Thank you for trying to help, I think I’m just getting confused with all the extra bits and should prob drop it for now and maybe come back to it when I have learnt more.

yes I do agree . I can understand what you say. there is a huge bunch of tutorial things and people get confused which one to learn.
