How do I make correct ray tracing reflections?

Hey, im first time making archviz project and I cant seem to find anywhere about my problem.

At the moment I have 2 problems with how unrealistic ray tracing works on some surfaces. Transperent and metalic materials display either black or white or just plain ugly. I used mostly all materials from Megascans or Twinmotion materials assets. There is probably easy fix for this but at the moment im stuck and if someone could at least point me to a right dirrection, that would be great.

P.S. I also added a second picture, where direct light coming from window isnt affected from tinted window, how do i fix that?
