I want to make a VR game using MetaQuest in UE5, but how do I grab things with hand tracking?
With controllers, this can be done easily by using the grab component, but once I start hand tracking, I have no idea how to do it.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me.

I’ve seen it set up with a system that looks at knuckle rotations to determine if grabbing. ( See this plugin too (same dev as the video))
Alternatively, Meta has a sample with a grabbing system.
Also, if it’s not important to “physically grab/make a fist”, I’d consider leveraging the ‘Pinch’ functions.
