How do I get the Source version of Unreal Engine 5 Working with other programmers in a source control enviroment

I have a question that involves the Unreal Engine Source Version and Perforce.

I’ve downloaded, built, and pushed the Source version of Unreal Engine 5 into my team’s Perforce server so my team can use it in our projects. However, my programmer is having issues building one of the projects that use that Source Version with the ‘.sln’ file. And when he tries to Generate the .sln of the Source version he is also having trouble opening that with it as well.

He was able to open the .uproject with the Source version just fine but he is not able to build using Visual studio or Jetbean.

How can I get my programmer to build and open the project with the Source Engine?
