How do I fix this Issue with my Terrain

Im reasonably new to Unreal Engine 5 and I only know the very basics of it.

However, I have ran into an issue with my terrain which is causing alot of shadow and lighting issues and I have no idea how to fix it. Im fairly sure its a rendering settings cus I have seen it being used in other games but it just seems to have been turned on automatically in my project,

Basically, the closer I get to a section of terrain (In my case, A hill of I have sculpted) it morphs more into shape and then when I move away it changes shape. Im fairly sure this is to reduce gpu and cpu usage when you are using bigger landscape pieces but im not. the issue with it is that it causes lots of weird shadow and lighting issues and it looks absolutely terrible, I cant find the setting in project setting to resolve the issue and im at a loss. I could really do with someone to guide me through fixing this issue.
