Your backend is: Fortnite
Your Build is: ++Fortnite+Release-36.10-CL-43713507

Region: NONE

The region has to be selected in Fortnite Creative island/app
Possibly because you are using a VPN and therefore the region cannot be automatically set. If that does not work then open Games Launcher and manually change the account settings to region with smallest ping
