How do I edit/change the value of the variable without opening the UE Editor the AnimCompressionTypes.cpp module?

Hello,
I actually forgot that if we alter the Framerate of an animation file on the Anim Sequence details pannel it makes the Editor Crash and never open again without crashing because it says it that the value is very close to 0 and that I needed to go to the line 752 of the UE5 folder and look to the folowing file that’s located on this folder’s destination: Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/Engine/Private/Animation/AnimCompressionType.cpp to find this file and I actually found it, but I don’t know how to set the new value for my desired Framerate Value on Visual Studio, so can you please tell me the Syntax for setting that variable, please?
