I’m making a top-down game where the player has to push back a storm by creating anti-weather devices.
When the player starts, there’s a device next to them that holds back the storm:

When they craft a new device, the storm is pushed back in real time to a larger shape:

How can I create an FX that I can shape in real time so I can have the devices “push back” the storm?
