How do I convert a .blend file and textures into a model I can use in UE4?

Hi,

I have downloaded 3D Models of Palm Trees and more and I just keep getting these textures and stuff, take a look:

How do I get the Real Model in like the SM_Bush in thhe Props folder? Please answer me A.S.A.P!

You need to convert those .blend files, which is the mesh itself, into FBX. And please give more information on your problem if you can next time instead of asking for help A.S.A.P. It wont solve your problem any faster.

When I try to import palm_tree.blend it doesn’t let me select it. How do I make the .blend files into FBX? What is FBX?

.blend extension means it is a Blender file. So follow these tutorials or any other blender to UE4 tutorial you can find.
