How do I achieve accurate reflections (from Source Engine) in Unreal Engine 4?

As you can see at the top of the picture, all the holes in the ceiling are reflected in the water, while at the bottom of the picture is my scene where only one is reflected.

I’ve already tried Box and Sphere Reflection Capture, there are very few settings. I also tried creating my HDRI image with Scene Capture Cube but it did not help either.

Planar Reflection is not suitable as it should be a game level, not a portfolio renderer.
