I own a Xbox 1 and have been playing Fortnite “save the Earth.” For almost a year. Last Friday I accidently sent my primary hero on a expedition leveling my main hero slot in my hero empty. When I tried to replace it with another the select menu would not pop up on my primary hero. So I went in to a game thinking I could select from there. But the menu remained locked. When I started gaming the hero I was given “Enforcer Grizzly”. I thought that was odd seeing how he was not next in level. I have been reporting this issue for over a week now. As of Wednesday I got demoted to a common ninja that I don’t even have in my whole inventory I have proof. Which sucks seeing I have a base power of 66 as of Friday morning of 8/8/09 an this ninja has a strength of 20,000. shield is 11,000. Not only that I do not have access to the all of the hero’s specials. PLEASE HELP!!! I have put over $200.00 bucks into this game. you guys should step up!
