How can i optimize my widget system?

Hello!
I have several big widgets - drag and drop inventory, character stats. characters equipment, quest list and etc.
They are too many and too heavy.
Is it possible to optimize whole system of widgets? Can you describe it details, because i’m relatively newbie)
