Hello,I am a developer from China. My computer can not run the engine smoothly. So I wonder whether I can minimize most of the effect that automatically run in the engine in order to edit something smoothly such as blueprint in the engine?

You can lower the quality settings in Quick Settings > Engine Scalability Settings. Also use the console command t.MaxFPS 30 to cap frame rate and disable Real Time in the viewport if it is enabled and disable Real-Time Thumbnails in Content Browser right bottom corner > View Options.

Could you post your specs? Also make sure that you have enabled “High Performance” under the power settings
