How can i make a texture that repeats itself, but also rotate with the object?

Hi, I want to make a material that repeats itself like the WorldPosition one but also have it to rotate with the object the material is set on exactly like the one in the video.

Thanks for helping @ClockworkOcean, I ll chime in from here.

So you can export material functions from UE to UEFN or use a material function call node to add MFs that are not shown in UEFN

oh. thanks a lot! by the way do you know if there is one that can work on a deferred decal? cause it only works on surface

Tried a bit but couldnt figure that one out. Decals are not very customisable
