How can I make a simple mesh emitter showing a cube spinning in place?

Hi Guys,

as mentioned in the header I want to make an emitter (cascade or niagara) using a cube that is spinning in place around the Y axis. Can anyone tell me how this is done.

Probably going to have to set the static mesh if paths are different, but just find the default cube
