Hi,
im making this skirting board/baseboard between the floor and a wall but there is something i dont like(the depth is weird idk), and from the fact that on the edges the texture looks uneven, how can I fix that to make it look like a single object made of stones and get a better looking material?
I dont even know if i´m using that TextureSample in the red square correctly

To fix this problem, you will have to use seamless texture.

But this type of texture can’t be seamless for every edge.
][2] ^ this looks good, but other side will surely have an issue…
but, If you use square texture, (symmetrical) that will work fine in every condition.
as you can see the checker box texture, of UE4 starter content .
Other than that, to make it more visually better you can use ‘Vertex Painting’ to merge it with ground and make it more realistic.
