How can i connect the framerate of a mp4 video inside of Ue4 to the sequencer-render

Hello Guys,
I mainly use Ue4 to produce Video clips i render out with the sequencer.
I have imported a mp4 video which is playing on a Virtual screen and a camera is filming it from different perspectives.
When i play the sequence through the normal play function everything is perfectly synced but as i render it out with the same fps as the source video it isn´t synced anymore. The framerate of the virtual Video which is playing at 60 fps is playing at normal speed while the rest of the video is rendering. In the end the video and camra paths are not synchron anymore. Is there a way to connect the framerate of the virtual mp4 video with the rendering process?
