How can I change Tile Material on a cable as it gets longer?

I have a cable connected to two objects that move apart from each other. As they get further apart it gets longer. I need to also tile the material as it gets longer so it doesn’t stretch, I have tried adding a ‘Tile Material’ node but it doesn’t work…
(I know I wont want the Tile Material with the same number as the length but that was just a test as I know that works)

It seems that Cable does not update after changing Tile Material. I did not find the update function, but I used HiddenInGame to hide and show Cable.

Thanks a lot !!! I had tryed to reset the material to update it, and it does not work. But I would have not imagin
ed that a solution like yours could have worked ! Thanks again !!!
