I have a rope, which is simulated by a skeletal mesh. When the rope is swing, I set the location of my character with the exact location of the traced rope bone by event tick. At the beginning, the character is attaching to the rope bone. But as the rope is swing fast, the character is always left off from the rope. Since the skeletal mesh has PhaT settings, there are a setting says that when the chin moving fast, it will detach its elements. So I want to ask if there are any setting which can enable my character closely attach to the rope bone, without departing. If I need to modify the engine to tweak some default settings, how can I do that?
