How can I achieve this aesthetic?

I came across this album by Zigor Samaniego on imgur and I was wondering if the aesthetic he uses is possible in UE4, and if so how I’d go about replicating it. It seems like a lot of it is done by using high poly meshes and really nailing his rubbery materials. I’m sure there’s more to it than that though. Here’s the full album . Any advice would be appreciated.
