Horizontal Gradient Rendering Incorrectly In Game

I have a simple Horitzontal Gradient I am overlaying over a healthbar to give health segments.

I made this Material into a Material Instance, and then set it as a dynamic material in the widget.

It looks crisp and clear in the editor, but in any play mode (standalone or PIE) it sometimes is missing bars.
